Bed Linen Price in Romania (FOB) - 2022
In 2022, the average bed linen export price amounted to $11,615 per ton, declining by -4.7% against the previous year. In general, the export price, however, showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2018 an increase of 14% against the previous year. The export price peaked at $12,564 per ton in 2020; however, from 2021 to 2022, the export prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by country of destination: amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Switzerland ($20,244 per ton), while the average price for exports to the Netherlands ($8,993 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to the Netherlands (+9.4%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
