While the share of Belgium (+13 p.p.), the Czech Republic (+8.3 p.p.) and the United States (+4.5 p.p.) increased significantly in terms of the global exports from 2012-2022, the share of Germany (-1.7 p.p.) and the UK (-19.2 p.p.) displayed negative dynamics.
In value terms, Belgium ($338M) remains the largest ethylbenzene supplier worldwide, comprising 53% of global exports. The second position in the ranking was held by the Czech Republic ($136M), with a 21% share of global exports. It was followed by the UK, with a 13% share.
From 2012 to 2022, the average annual growth rate of value in Belgium stood at -3.4%. In the other countries, the average annual rates were as follows: the Czech Republic (-1.1% per year) and the UK (-13.2% per year).
Export Prices By Country
