Poland (1.9K tons), Australia (1.7K tons), Tunisia (1.4K tons) and Turkey (0.9K tons) followed a long way behind the leaders.
Exports from China increased at an average annual rate of +7.6% from 2012 to 2022. At the same time, Tunisia (+65.6%), Australia (+49.9%), the Netherlands (+13.5%), Turkey (+11.2%), Poland (+10.1%) and Germany (+3.9%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, Tunisia emerged as the fastest-growing exporter exported in the world, with a CAGR of +65.6% from 2012-2022. While the share of China (+9.5 p.p.), Australia (+3.2 p.p.), Tunisia (+2.7 p.p.) and the Netherlands (+2.6 p.p.) increased significantly in terms of the global exports from 2012-2022, the share of Germany (-1.7 p.p.) displayed negative dynamics. The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.
In value terms, China ($251M) remains the largest first-aid kit supplier worldwide, comprising 47% of global exports. The second position in the ranking was taken by Germany ($45M), with an 8.4% share of global exports. It was followed by the Netherlands, with a 5.4% share.
In China, first-aid kit exports increased at an average annual rate of +9.4% over the period from 2012-2022. The remaining exporting countries recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Germany (+3.9% per year) and the Netherlands (+12.2% per year).
Export Prices By Country
