The average manganese dioxide import price stood at $2,591 per ton in August 2023, standing approximately at the previous month. Overall, the import price recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in December 2022 when the average import price increased by 9.9% against the previous month. As a result, import price reached the peak level of $2,952 per ton. From January 2023 to August 2023, the average import prices failed to regain momentum.
