Non-Knitted Men Apparel Price in China (FOB) - 2022
The average non-knitted men apparel export price stood at $10.8 per unit in September 2022, declining by -5.3% against the previous month. Overall, the export price, however, recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in June 2022 an increase of 16% month-to-month. Over the period under review, the average export prices reached the maximum at $11.8 per unit in July 2022; however, from August 2022 to September 2022, the export prices remained at a lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was Kyrgyzstan ($28.2 per unit), while the average price for exports to Tanzania ($2.7 per unit) was amongst the lowest.
From September 2021 to September 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Tanzania (+2.4%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
Non-Knitted Men Apparel Price in China (CIF) - 2022
In September 2022, the average non-knitted men apparel import price amounted to $59.0 per unit, growing by 2.8% against the previous month. Overall, the import price, however, recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in July 2022 when the average import price increased by 31% m-o-m. The import price peaked at $72.2 per unit in October 2021; however, from November 2021 to September 2022, import prices failed to regain momentum.
There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major supplying countries. In September 2022, the country with the highest price was Italy ($609 per unit), while the price for Pakistan ($15.7 per unit) was amongst the lowest.
From September 2021 to September 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Myanmar (+2.4%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.
