Over the period from December 2021 to December 2022, it increased at an average monthly rate of +2.0%. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in February 2022 an increase of 31% month-to-month. The import price peaked at $9,423 per ton in April 2022; however, from May 2022 to December 2022, import prices remained at a lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was Germany ($39,998 per ton), while the price for China ($3,091 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
