In January 2024, the average import price for plants, live; roses, grafted or nots amounted to $2.9 per unit, shrinking by -12.9% against the previous month. Overall, the import price, however, posted a buoyant expansion. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in March 2023 an increase of 88% month-to-month. Over the period under review, average import prices hit record highs at $5.5 per unit in May 2023; however, from June 2023 to January 2024, import prices remained at a lower figure.
