In October 2023, the average import price for tobacco; partly or wholly stemmed or stripped amounted to $6,803 per ton, falling by -12.2% against the previous month. In general, import price indicated a mild expansion from December 2022 to October 2023: its price increased at an average monthly rate of +1.6% over the last ten-month period. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on October 2023 figures, import price for tobacco; partly or wholly stemmed or stripped increased by +116.3% against July 2023 indices.
