In 2022, the export price in MERCOSUR amounted to $X per ton, remaining relatively unchanged against the previous year. Over the period under review, the export price, however, recorded a slight contraction. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2021 an increase of 12% against the previous year. In 2022, lamp holder imports in MERCOSUR dropped to X tons, which is down by -12.7% against 2021 figures. Total imports indicated a noticeable increase from 2012 to 2022: its volume increased at an average annual rate of +3.3% over the last decade. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2022 figures, imports increased by +52.2% against 2020 indices. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 when imports increased by 74% against the previous year. The countries with the highest levels of lamp holder imports in 2022 were Chile (X tons), Peru (X tons), Colombia (X tons), Ecuador (X tons) and Brazil (X tons), together recording 88% of total import. The following importers - Argentina (X tons) and Paraguay (X tons) - each accounted for a 7.8% share of total imports.

Over the period under review, the import price, however, continues to indicate a noticeable curtailment.
