Clementines Price in Norway (CIF) - 2023

The average clementines import price stood at $1,638 per ton in August 2023, approximately equating the previous month. Overall, the import price continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in January 2023 an increase of 20% month-to-month. The import price peaked at $2,362 per ton in May 2023; however, from June 2023 to August 2023, import prices failed to regain momentum.

Average prices varied noticeably amongst the major supplying countries. In August 2023, the country with the highest price was South Africa ($1,663 per ton), while the price for Peru amounted to $1,503 per ton.

From August 2022 to August 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Morocco (+4.0%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced mixed trend patterns.
