The average milled rice import price stood at $655 per ton in December 2022, declining by -8.5% against the previous month. Overall, the import price continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in June 2022 an increase of 18% month-to-month. As a result, import price attained the peak level of $862 per ton. From July 2022 to December 2022, the average import prices failed to regain momentum.
