The average import price for cereal flours; other than of wheat or meslin stood at $494 per ton in October 2023, reducing by -8.9% against the previous month. In general, the import price showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in December 2022 an increase of 17% month-to-month. The import price peaked at $579 per ton in April 2023; however, from May 2023 to October 2023, import prices failed to regain momentum.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was the Netherlands ($895 per ton), while the price for Estonia ($347 per ton) was amongst the lowest.

Over the period under review, the average export prices reached the maximum at $627 per ton in September 2023, and then fell notably in the following month.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was Poland ($7,094 per ton), while the average price for exports to Latvia ($157 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
